How it works

First contact:
We discuss date, times, people involved, the theme and ideas behind the event, location and overall style hoping to be achieved. We arrange a time and place for the trial. Skin allergies and hair-make up brands can also be discussed in this time. Magazine clippings and pictures found on the web can also be sent before the trial. In fact I encourage it, so I can better understand what you are looking to achieve before I meet you. I am even happy reproducing the pictures exactly in some cases!

The trial:
We discuss styles and looks that best suit your face shape, your colourings and the style of what you are wearing and where you are attending.Once you have chosen a final look, we then get on with achieving it! This process generally takes 1-2 hours. Once the look is finalised, I record the look and take pictures. Following the trial I give you a week to decide if you would like to proceed with the booking. Once the booking is confirmed, you can make a 20% non refundable deposit. I will email/send you a letter of confirmation and also some tips to keeps your skin and hair healthy and happy for the upcoming event!
(Please note the trial is not a necessity, but for the clients peace of mind)

The Day:
I will call you in the week leading up to the booking. We will confirm the arrival time, the address and the total price. On the day I will arrive on time and be ready to work until you are completely satisfied with the job I have done. In the case of a large bridal party, I can bring an extra helper, however this will also discussed prior to the day. I am available to come later in the day to retouch or redo the hair and make up, but this must be discussed prior to the booking.Payment is to be made either in cash on the day or directly deposited into my account 1 business day before the occasion.
